Before designing anything, I think about the person. Did they sleep well? Have they eaten? Are they in a hurry? A good solution starts there

⑶ HIRING

 

I hire designers with an opinion — on how the product works, looks, and makes money. One with no opinion is worth less than one with any opinion

⑷ BUSINESS

 

Investors push the business, the business pushes the product — and the person it’s all for drops out first. My job is to keep the focus on them
